粽子熱量有多高? 吃2個(gè)粽子需慢跑16公里消耗

【連網(wǎng)】  據(jù)臺灣《聯(lián)合報(bào)》報(bào)道,端午節(jié)即將到來,營養(yǎng)師呼吁民眾,粽子別吃過量。一個(gè)粽子就超過500大卡,若一餐吃2個(gè),至少要慢跑16公里、或健走18公里、或騎自行車40公里才能消耗,一餐放縱吃太多,一整天熱量破表,對腸胃也不好。

營養(yǎng)師建議,糯米可以將一半換成五谷米,有油質(zhì)的三層肉改成豬后腿肉,咸蛋黃換成南瓜,花生換成脆筍,熱量瞬間減少一半。

不少民眾喜歡吃咸粽子沾砂糖,但一湯匙砂糖15克有188大卡,若改成蜂蜜,熱量立刻減少70大卡。

添加五色蔬菜、甜椒做成粽子的色拉前菜,吃完粽子加上一杯無糖綠茶。也不容易脹氣,增加腸胃負(fù)擔(dān)。
